Next time wedding planning is stressing you out, and you're worrying about how the napkins should be folded at the reception, come back to this wedding for a moment. It will remind you why we are choosing to celebrate our marriages, and what love and family mean.A huge congratulations to Tracy and Leslie. I know your lives together have already been filled with years of joy, but as you embark on this new stage of life together, I wish years of love, happiness, and understanding. This was so sweet. And a reminder of what weddings should really be about. Thanks for posting it!
Also, I just wanted to drop a note to say hi. I've been reading your blog recently (since I've gotten engaged) and it's been a great source of inspiration :)
Wow, if ever a picture could say a thousand words ... these pictures would speak of love! :)
Thank you so much for sharing this story. You are totally correct about people getting caught up in the small details, but it is really about marrying your soul mate! Thanks for showing your support of same-sex marriages.

Oh my goodness! We're in my favorite wedding blog! I didn't even notice until I was linking Jessamyn's post to our "no on 8" email to family and friends.
Thank you so much, Meg. It was truly a blessing to be able to get married. We have loved each other for so long and in so many ways that this was just icing on the cake.
While the next 2 weeks are going to be hard and election night full of nail biting - Every time I look down at my rings (one bought in Thailand and the other a simple band) I realize that no one can take our marriage and our lvoe away from us.
Awww, so sweet! I really want marriage to be legal for Everyone again before I get married!
